We dropped a typo onto several billboards in downtown Denver.
Visible was always looking to build both local buzz in Denver and national awareness for our brand. So we launched a playful campaign that lived across OOH, digital, and real-world experiences. The idea was to tap into a familiar cultural behavior of internet “fails,” and use it as an entry point to make Visible feel human, self-aware, and worth talking about.
“Unlimited massages, minutes, and data.”
We put it out and leaned in. Influencers and the news picked it up, the internet ran with it, and our team fanned the flames by engaging with comments and creating content around the "Visible #adfail." The payoff came two weeks later with a surprise “Unlimited Massages” event at Denver’s Union Station with full spa vibes, totally free, and very on-brand.
